THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28168 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondent No.3. When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners so also learned Government Pleaders that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.17773 of 2017, dated 05.06.2017. A copy of the same is placed on record along with material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"
Having regard to the above, once there is no impugnment of seizure but for post seizure not applying G.O.Ms.No.15, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the seized vehicle for release either by imposing penalty or confiscation strictly in accordance with law prescribed under G.O.Ms.No.15, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 05.06.2017 in W.P.No.17773 of 2017 to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
