W.P.No.13037/2005 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The Union of India has come up with the above writ petition challenging the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal allowing the application of the respondent for grant of ACP upgradation and consequential relief.

Heard Mr. B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General. Notice sent to the respondent has been served but there is no representation.

The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by a decision rendered by a Division Bench of this Court on 24.02.2014 in W.P.No.26159 of 2003 and batch. Therefore, this writ petition is allowed and the order of the Tribunal is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
