Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 17.06.2016, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption "for dismissal."

Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner when the matter was called, as such, the matter was kept aside, and, again when the matter was called at 4.30 p.m., there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
