This Civil Revision Petition arises out of docket order, dated 23.9.2016, in I.A.No.78 of 2014 in G.O.P.No.1578 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cumV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. At the hearing, Mr. A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.6331 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
