O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Watchman on 1.8.1986 in the 5th respondent - Andhra Pradesh Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, Anantapuram, Anantapuram District and he worked from the said date, till 28.02.1989 and thereafter, was disengaged and subsequently re-engaged and since then he has been working. The grievance of the petitioner is that similar situated employees, who are juniors to him, were extended time scale and their services were also regularized, but his case was not considered. The 5th respondent represented by its Executive Engineer, vide proceedings in Rc.No.1001/NMR/2010/SA dated 12.07.2010, also recommended the case of the petitioner to the Managing Director of the 1st respondent - Corporation, for regularization, but the same was not considered. Petitioner made representations dated 21.03.2011, 17.04.2011 and 24.04.2011 to the respondents, to consider his claim for fixing time scale and for regularization on par with his juniors, but the same has not been considered. Hence the writ petition.

Heard both the counsel.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority, to consider the representations of the petitioner referred to above, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
