THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.308 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 19 in P.R.C. No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Ibrahimpatnam.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after committal, the case was numbered as S.C. No.781 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. After full-fledged trial, the petitioners were acquitted. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
