This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 11.05.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.344 of 2017 in C.C.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the court of XV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.
