Learned counsel for petitioner states that he is not prosecuting the relief in writ petition and he confines his claim to pass orders on the representation made on 25.08.2015. 2.

Having regard to the said submission, writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the controversy on merits, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.08.2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
