Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition alleging that they have moved application on 17-09-2013 under Sections 37 and 37-A read with Section 40 of the AP (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 before the 2nd respondent, but the 2nd respondent does not take any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 will consider the said application after issuing notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and take appropriate decision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the application of the petitioner, after issuing notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and take appropriate decision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
