Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as it has become infructuous in view of filing of the charge sheet and numbering the same as C.C.No.455 of 2016 on the file of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Cyberabad.

In view of the said submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
