This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Docket Order dt.03.06.2013 in O.S.No.1091 of 2011 passed by the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad declining to admit the document which is insufficiently stamped and unregistered.

Since, the main suit i.e. O.S.No.1091 of 2011 itself was disposed of on 19.10.2016, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
