Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel for 2nd respondent.

Inasmuch as the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2017 seeking to appoint her on permanent basis on compassionate grounds, instead of on contract basis, is pending with the 2nd respondent - Telangana Tourism Development Corporation, represented by its Managing Director, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
