In view of the order passed by me in W.P.No.27188 of 2016 on 27.09.2018, no orders are required in this Writ Petition.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the inter se title dispute between the petitioner and 4th respondent in respect of the land which is subject matter of this Writ Petition is not gone into and it is open to the parties to take appropriate recourse. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
