O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.21.02.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.5413 of 2018. The said order reads as under:

"Having regard to the decision dt.30.11.2017 in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and Batch, the respondents are directed to value the petitioner's answer sheet for the Hall Ticket No.1714802594 for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Social Studies and declare result thereof within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated that the respondent in the Contempt Case had evaluated the petitioner's OMR answer sheet on 15.03.2018 and that the petitioner had secured 64.133 marks.

Therefore, I do not find any willful disobedience by the respondent of the order passed by this Court. 5.
