HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE Writ Petition No.23202 of 2010 ORDER:

Petitioner, by this writ petition, seeks the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.4, as illegal, arbitrary, without having any jurisdiction and violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into personal life and liberty of the petitioner by calling upon him to the police station in respect of civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass such other order or further orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

This Court, on 20.9.2010, while admitting the writ petition, passed the following interim order.

"There shall be interim direction to the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except as required under law."

Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition and the interim order passed by this Court dated 20.9.2010, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be conveniently disposed of in terms of the interim order. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
