When the matter is listed on 10.02.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Again when the matter is listed on 17.02.2016, there is no representation on behalf of petitioners and this Court ordered the case to be listed after one week under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even, when the matter is listed today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the morning and evening sessions. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
