THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9426 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the notification dated 09.03.2012 whereby sand quarrying rights were sought to be auctioned for a two year period ending with 31.03.2014. No interim orders were granted by this Court interdicting further proceedings pursuant to the impugned notification. The writ petition has therefore become infructuous as the period reserved thereunder has already expired.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
