HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11479 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not carrying out mutation in his favour in relation to the land admeasuring Ac.1.17 guntas in Survey Nos.64, 65 and 66 of Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an application in Form VIA along with the requisite fee as required under Section 4 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule-18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989.

Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application submitted in Form VIA expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
