This petition is filed, by the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.40 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Parchur Police Station, Prakasham District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 120-B, 420, 465, 466, 467, 471 and 474 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
