THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19394 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the petitioners' houses in Sy.No.78/2B1 of Mangalam Revenue Village, Tirupati (Urban) Mandal, Chittoor District. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to regularize the lease pattas granted to them in respect of the subject land. No interim orders were passed by this Court in this writ petition and the writ petition has also been dismissed for default as against the 4th respondent.

There is no representation for the petitioners or their learned counsel. It is therefore clear that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter at this stage.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
