THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21190 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- ".....to issue any writ order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare illegal action of the respondent No.4 in calling the petitioner into the 4th respondent Police Station based on false complaint filed by the respondent No.6 to 8 and thereby advising the petitioner to pay huge a sum of Rs.63,00,000/- to the respondent No.6 to 8 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and without jurisdiction and consequent direction direct the respondent No.4 not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint made by the respondent No.6 to 8 by ignoring the petitioner complaint dt.7.11.2012 made before the respondent No.2 authority and respondent No.5 authority without taking any action against the respondent No.6 to 8 declare the same is illegal, arbitrary and violation fundamental rights and to pass such other order or orders as deemed fit in the circumstance of the case and in the interest of justice." 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court and no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
