This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ appellant, assailing the order, dated 06.09.2013, of the learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, passed in C.M.A.No.29 of 2009. 2 .

There is no representation for the petitioner/ appellant. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.560 of 2009 was dismissed by the trial Court on 07.12.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in the CMA, which is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.334 of 2009 in the afore-stated suit.
