CVNR, J & GSP, J CC.No.1546 of 2004 Dated:18.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 26.9.2016, in Writ Appeal No.1261 of 2011. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, representing the learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Telangna, has placed before us memo No.5464/CE/2007, dated 17.8.2017, whereby the respondent has directed conferment of notional benefits to the petitioner with effect from 23.4.1994 and monetary benefits from January, 2008 only and releasing the arrears from the existing Grant-inaid budget to him. With the issuance of the afore-mentioned memo, the afore-mentioned order passed in the Writ Appeal stood complied with. Hence, the Contempt Case is disposed of as infructuous.
