This petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw M.O.P No.66 of 2015 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal Town, Kurnool District and transfer the same to any competent Court at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, where the petitioner is residing.

Fairly, learned counsel for the respondent Sri B.S. Reddy reported no objection to withdraw M.O.P No.66 of 2015 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal Town, Kurnool District and transfer the same to any competent Court at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent Sri B.S. Reddy, I deem it appropriate to withdraw M.O.P No.66 of 2015 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal Town, Kurnool District and transfer the same to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, to decide the petition in accordance with law. In the result, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
