This revision petition is filed under Section 115 C.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 25.03.2011, wherein the Senior Civil Judge, Gurajala directed the petitioner/JDr to pay balance amount within 10 days on payment of Rs.2,00,000/- recording part satisfaction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 10 days time for payment of balance amount was over and that an appeal was preferred and obtained interim stay against the decree in the suit. Therefore, prayed to dismiss the revision petition as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
