It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Medak District at Sanga Reddy, out of which this CMA arises, itself was settled before Lok Adalat on 23.04.2019, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
