Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the Memo No. PP(2)288/ 2020, dated 25.07.2020, issued by the Commissioner of Agriculture, Government of Telangana, directing the field functionaries / inspection staff to strictly comply with the orders of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeals No. 1122 and 1136 of 2016, dated 03.11.2016 and not to insist for an order from the High Court in each and every case.

Permission is granted and the Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
