Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned counsel for 1st respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5. 2.

It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the common order dt.29-08-2016 in W.P.No.22482 of 2016 and batch. 3.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's application for grant of mining lease within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
