ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that during the pendency of the writ petition, a settlement has been arrived at between the insurance company and the claimants and in view of the settlement, the impugned order dated 9.5.2013 has no significance.

In view of the settlement between the insurance company and the claimants, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
