HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20074 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the award dated 25.08.2000 passed by the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.324 of 1995 in favour of the 1st respondent herein. On 29.12.2010, this writ petition was dismissed for default against the 1st respondent. In the absence of the 1st respondent, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
