HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3905 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.72 of 2014 of Bobbili Police Station, Vizianagaram District registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed final referred report, the proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say in the event of any protest application or otherwise cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate, remedy is left open to the petitioners.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
