HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11499 & 11531 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in these cases is that the revenue authorities are not undertaking a survey of the land claimed by them for fixation of boundaries despite their submitting F-line petitions as long back as in April, 2019.

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners submitted F-line petitions on 27.4.2019 and the necessary action was to be taken within 45 working days thereafter. However, it is the complaint of the petitioners that no steps have been taken till date. The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ramadugu Mandal, Karimnagar District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioners' F-line petitions dated 27.4.2019 and undertake the survey expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
