THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13176 of 2011 ORDER:

In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in trying to conduct survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.7.00 situated in Sy.No.339 (new No. 339/A) of Nadpally Village, Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, under the guise of demarcation of land in Sy.No.337 in pursuance of Memo dated 07.03.2011 vide proceedings in Rc.No.A3/1020/2010, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction; and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose of the objection petition dated 14.03.2011 made by the petitioner before commencement of demarcation.

The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the land was already demarcated after the survey and the petitioner himself has purchased the land admeasuring Ac.1.03 gts, which is subject matter of dispute in the present writ petition, from the fourth respondent. In view of the submission made by the Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
