THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14215 of 2015 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 in C.C.No.884 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, Prakasam District. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Learned counsel further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.
Permission is granted.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, Prakasam District, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.884 of 2014 as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
