HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3100 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 16.12.2016 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds and for incorporation of his name in the revenue records in place of petitioner's mother in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.13/AA/1/A, situated at Madhapuram Village, Turkapally Mandal, Yadadri Bhongiri District. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 16.12.2016 is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
