The Official Liquidator has filed proof of service on all the respondents.

This application is filed by the Official Liquidator to permit him to pay the revised/enhanced security charges of Rs.35,000/- p.m. payable by 8th respondent herein to six security guards including security in-charge and kerosene/battery charges with effect from November 2016 onwards.

In the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is stated that the 8th respondent has conveyed its agreement for enhancement of security charges of Rs.35,000/- per month from November 2016 and has also addressed a letter dt.30-11-2015 and 07-03-2017. In this view of the matter, this application is ordered as prayed for. No costs.
