This transfer civil miscellaneous petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner-wife to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.2099 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife would contend that as the petitioner-wife has a baby of six years, who is disabled, the Family Court at Hyderabad is convenient to her and ultimately prayed to allow the petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent-husband opposed the petition. 5.

Since the petitioner-wife has disabled baby, she has to take care of the baby and convenience of the petitioner-wife is of paramount consideration, this petition deserves to be allowed. 6.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.2099 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
