THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.481 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 08.10.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.42763 of 2015 in W.P.No.33143 of 2015. The papers filed along with contempt case show that an order was passed by the Krishna District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Machilipatnam, on 05.11.2015 explaining the position. Since the main writ petition is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present contempt case. In view of the explanation given by the respondents, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
