On 17.06.2022, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 has produced before this Court a copy of the Endorsement dated 08.02.2022, by which, the Tahsildar, Medipally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, has considered and rejected the applications of the petitioners for mutation, issuance of e-pattadar pass books and grant of bore well permission in respect of the subject lands. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 to 7 has filed a counter enclosing the copy of the letter dated 01.04.2022, by which, the Additional Assistant Engineer, Operation, Boduppal, Habsiguda Circle, TSSPDCL, Hyderabad, has rejected the applications of the petitioners for

AAR, J C.C.No.495 of 2022 release of electricity supply for carrying out agricultural operations.

Having regard to the fact that the Endorsement dated 08.02.2022 and the letter dated 01.04.2022 were issued in compliance with the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33800 of 2021, this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Endorsement dated 08.02.2022 and the letter dated 01.04.2022 before the appropriate forum, if they choose to do so. _____________________ A.
