This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order, dated 29.12.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1122 of 2017 in Crl.R.P.S.R.No.4885 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, West Godavari, Eluru.

As seen from the record, it is evident that the petitioner filed C.C.No.215 of 2015 against the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the same was dismissed on 31.12.2015 for non payment of process. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed Crl.Revision Petition. Along with the Crl. Revision Petition, he filed Crl.M.P.No.1122 of 2017 to condone the delay of 520 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition and the same was dismissed vide impugned order. Hence, this revision.

When the matter came up for hearing, none appeared and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems, the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the revision.
