HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.32753 of 2013 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that in view of the interim order granted on 14.11.2013, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal, none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to record the submission of the learned Standing Counsel.

Hence, by recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
