The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: " ...to issue writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents of not taking any steps in laying the Cement roads in Yerragudipadu Village as per the sanctions made vide Circular Memo bearing R.C.No.B/ 79/ 2015 dated 29.9.2016, R.C.No.B/ 78/ 2015 dated 29.9.2016 and R.C.No.B/ 22/ 2015 dated 16.11.2016 by not conducted Works Committee meetings and to send the decisions of the Works Committee immediately as a welfare measure of the people of the Yerragudipadu Village, Chimakurthy Mandal, Prakasam District, A.P. and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel, who offers to file vakalat for respondent Nos.5 and

6. Perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record.

Having heard the matter, this Court feels it just to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondentAuthorities to dispose of the representation dated 16.03.2017 submitted by the petitioner within three weeks

from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
