THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45237 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the look out circular issued against them in connection with FIR No.347 of 2015 on the file of the Women Police Station, Basheerbagh.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The petitioners are alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that NBWs are pending against the petitioners and look out circular has also been issued against them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The lookout circular issued against the petitioners is hereby cancelled. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court concerned on or before 30th January, 2017 and move an application seeking to recall NBWs issued against them. On such surrender and on such application being filed, the Court concerned is directed to recall NBWs issued against them and release them on the same day on condition of each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with one surety for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Date : 26.12.2016 Nn
