THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 86 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction, ordering for an enquiry into the

allotment of house site patta admeasuring Ac.0.02 in Plot No.222 covered by T.S.No.1972, 1973 and 1974 of Ananthapuram Town in favour of the 4th respondent and direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the concerned forthwith by removing the obstructions raised on the passage in Ambedkarnagar of Ananthapuram Town.

It appears that representations have been made to this effect on 24.08.2009, 05.08.2010, 11.06.2010 and 28.01.2015. We fail to understand why there has been no action in between 11.06.2010 and 28.01.2015 and this delay has not been explained at all. We therefore do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition. Moreover, one of us cannot understand the English translation of the representation dated 11.06.2010. On that ground alone, we dismiss the writ petition. It would be open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
