When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17663 of 2011 dated 06.11.2018 has been complied with and the petitioner has been reinstated into service.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
