This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking bail to petitioner/Accused in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.1168 of 2021 on the file of Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable I under Sections 447, 427, 468, 477 and 420 of Indian Penal Code (for short I.P.C).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against petitioner is up to seven years/ without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent-Police are directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh

Crl.Petition No.2903 of 2022 Kumar v, State of Biha/scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously, 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
