Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for 1st respondent, and Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, for 2nd respondent. None appears for 3rd respondent.

The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner had filed an objection on 19.02.2018 before the 2nd respondent restraining the 2nd respondent from granting any lay-out permission to the 3rd respondent. 3.

The counsel for petitioner contends that the said objection has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till now. 4.

Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said objection and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said objection and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.
