THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.11408 & 11518 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER:

With the consent of both the counsel, these Writ Petitions, which involve common issue, are being disposed of at the stage of admission, by passing common order.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the issue raised in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9478 of 2019 dated 13.04.2019 and contend that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petitions also. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above submissions and contends that these Writ Petitions can also be disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.9478 of 2019 dated 13.04.2019.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by both the parties, is of the considered view that these Writ Petitions can also be disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.9478 of 2019 dated 13.04.2019.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 13.04.2019 in W.P.No.9478 of 2019 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
