THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE Nos.2090 and 2101 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (per SK, J) Sri G. Vidyasagar, learned Senior Counsel, seeks time as a counter is yet to be filed by the respondents. He however states that pending disposal of the applications filed by the respondents in Writ Appeal Nos.511 and 526 of 2016 to modify the interim orders dated 13.07.2016 passed therein, the authorities concerned will not undertake the selection process and in the event the interim orders are not modified, the authorities would comply with the direction contained therein by providing 20% weightage marks to the petitioners for selection to the posts of Sub-Engineer.

In the light of the undertaking given, we are of the opinion that these Contempt Cases need no further consideration and they are accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioners to initiate fresh proceedings in the event they have any grievance in future. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
