HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11538 OF 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that Masjid-EQutubshahi situated at Sy.No.52, Venkatreddy Colony, Boduppal, Medchal, Malkagiri District, which is the Wakfproperty being encroached by third persons and he has made representations dated 17-03-2019, 28-03-2019 and 04-04-2019 to the 2nd respondent for constructing the compound wall for protecting the said property. Aggrieved by inaction on his representations, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
